How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours to 3 days.

The average delivery time for domestic orders is anywhere from 5 to 10 business days. Once your order has been carefully packaged you will receive an email with an automated tracking number, that number will be updated once the shipping carrier picks your order up from our warehouse.

For products featured in online exhibitions, artwork is often shipped directly by the artist.  For these items, shipping times can vary from 5 to 10 days domestically (Shipping from within the United States) to 30 days or more (Internationally). 

 

My order is a gift and I need it right away, can you help?

If you're in a rush to get your order, just send us an email at shop@supersonicart.com and we'll do whatever we can to be of assistance! 

 

How much does it cost to ship my item?

Every order's shipping cost is different and our online shop will automatically calculate your shipping costs during the checkout process and before you finalize the payment.

For orders shipped directly by the artist, you will be billed separately for these shipping costs.

My shipping address is incorrect, help!

As long as we haven't shipped your order out yet you should be okay, so don't fret! Send us an email at shop@supersonicart.com and we'll get this sorted.

 

Do you offer insurance on packages?

Insurance can be requested by emailing us at shop@supersonicart.com.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Original artwork of any kind is non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds are available for undamaged fine art prints and items in their original, unused state and returned in the original packaging.  Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item in an undamaged and original state. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund status will be determined and issued once the item has been returned to us and inspected.  You will be notified via email on the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of our receiving the item back.

What is your policy if an item is lost in transit?

If an item has been lost by the carrier en route to you, and if the shipping information you originally provided is correct, we will attempt a replacement or a refund if applicable. However, we cannot be held responsible for a package once an item has been marked as delivered or after a delivery attempt has been made. Due to the unique nature of the items we sell replacements are rarely possible, because of this we highly encourage you to have your orders shipped only to secure locations.
