Returns & Refunds Policy – Supersonic Art Shop

Thank you for shopping with Supersonic Art Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to ensure each item meets the highest standards of quality. Please review our policy below:

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any original art pieces. Each work is one-of-a-kind, and we take great care in describing and photographing our artworks accurately.

Prints, Merchandise, and Other Items

We accept returns for non-original items (such as prints, apparel, or merchandise) within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at shop@supersonicart.com. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@supersonicart.com.

  • Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

  • We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artwork (all sales final)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

We only replace non-original items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at shop@supersonicart.com to arrange an exchange.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation:

  • If your order has been fulfilled, log in to your account and go to your Orders page to submit a return request: https://shopify.com/15053330/account
  • If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.
  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can submit a cancellation request through the same Orders page.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will issue your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include the original standard shipping cost paid on your order. We do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to original artworks, as these are unique items.  For limited edition prints, if the edition is sold out we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
