Beau Bernier Frank is a self-taught realist painter, whose oil paintings focus on people’s intimate relationship with nature. Through his method of layering paint and his selection of colors, Beau builds a sense of depth, both visually and emotionally, by combining detailed line work with wide open spaces.

Beau spends about a third of his year traveling to collect inspiration through his sketches and photos, taking all of these back to his studio and imbuing his paintings with how he sees the world.
